What is ArcusOffice?
ArcusOffice is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) service for small and medium businesses. It is built and operated by Arcus Cloud Computing Pty Ltd, an Australian software development company.
ArcusOffice is multi-tenant: each customer organisation has its own separate workspace, and one organisation's data is isolated from every other organisation's data.
What ArcusOffice does
- Accounts and contacts - keep a single record of the businesses and people you work with.
- Leads - capture and follow up new enquiries.
- Tasks and events - plan and track the work and meetings for your team.
- Cases and service - manage customer service requests through to resolution.
- Jobs, quotes and invoices - quote work, run jobs and raise invoices from the same records.
- Reporting - see how your business is tracking with reports and dashboards.
- Automation - automate routine follow-ups, reminders and scheduled emails.
- Optional modules - each organisation switches on only the modules it needs.
ArcusOffice can optionally connect to third-party services chosen by your organisation, for example a Gmail or Google Workspace account to send email from ArcusOffice.
Who it is for
ArcusOffice is designed for small and medium businesses that want the core features of a larger CRM platform without the cost and complexity, and that want one place to manage customers, sales, service and billing.
How to get access
ArcusOffice is currently in a private, invite-only beta. Beta access is offered free of charge to selected individuals and organisations at Arcus Cloud Computing's discretion; it is not open for public sign-up.
